I'm Mike, a student Web Designer and Developer living in Southampton, UK. Studying in my final year at Solent University, I am preparing to take on the world of Web Development.

As a designer, you are probably hyper-aware of the relationship between design and technology, particularly for web designers! Having a basic understanding of the underlying technology used when creating websites can help you, the designer, get that pixel-perfect website that you envisioned within your wireframes.

Every two weeks I will introduce you to some new basics surrounding HTML and CSS, and what considerations should be made surrounding any limitations when designing for the web!
